Well, we have the tree decorated (and it's still up!), the christmas cards have been posted, the presents have all been bought (although still need wrapping) the school play watched and exited with a pocketful of soggy tissues, the christingle service sang along with and exited with another pocketful of soggy tissues (come on who among you can endure the sweet, raised voices of children singing carols without shedding a tear or two?) and now we are in the last few hours before the official start of the school christmas holidays. Have I got all of the shopping? Probably not. Am I sorted? Well, not exactly, but to be honest I'm now past caring!
(* note to self, must iron that flippin tablecloth!)
Blog posting over the next couple of weeks will no doubt be sporadic but let's face it we all have other places to be! So, if I don't see you before, have a magical and special christmas with those that you love and that love you. Peace and goodwill to you all from all the little cotton rabbits and me!

wow!almost set for christmas...^__^ and how wonderful the LCRhoneymoon could be! i love to see them having a dip in the sea...^_^ HappyHoliday to All!

Lovely and simply wonderful! I hope that someday you will offer a pattern for sale for those of us committed to handmade gifts from the heart. I know that my seven girls and two grand-daughters would love these in their baskets this spring!

Hi Julie,
I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas ~ it looks like quite a party! With those fabulous outfits, they could be dressed for a winter skiing trip.
Best wishes for a safe and happy New Year.

I love your picture. I wonder if you could tell me where you got the pattern for the adorable monkey in the dress. I have friends who would go mad for one of those.

I love the sweaters (jumpers) on your stuffed critters. Are the patterns available for the critters and their sweaters?
Posted by: Geri | January 23, 2008 at 06:33 PM
My gosh... These sweaters are so beautiful... Can I ask where you got the patterns? Do you knit anything for black bears? I tried knitting your miniature Christmas stockings last weekend and got it to the point where the heel is concerned. I got myself confused with the direction so I had to stop and put it aside. SIGH!! I have to study the pattern again and try again! Happy Knitting!
