Brilliant news Julie! Have a lovely weekend! Lucy xxx

Fantastic news for you! Hope you all have a great weekend too :O)

Excellent News!
Good for you x

Now that's great news! Have a great weekend.

How exciting! I am so happy for you, I love your blog and your bunnies. Also, how cute is that fox? Well done x

Wonderful news!

What great news - I only just came across your original post from my Bloglines, and was horrified to read it. I stopped shopping at the shop concerned due to their appalling business practices. I really hope you find a way through this. Little people who truly care for their products must stand up against the bullies who think because of their size they are free to do whatever they please.

Sounds good.

Excellent! And about time too. Take care.

So pleased to hear that Julie - hope this whole thing will be sorted out satisfactorily for you. Must be scary but us little folk have to stand up for ourselves!

That's great news! It's so good that your voice is being heard and action is being taken.
Best of luck, lots of strength and hooray for standing up for your rights as a crafter & entrepreneur.

Great - keep us informed.

S.W.A.K.

Hurray!!! Looking forward to hearing how it is dealt with.

Wooo Hooo!

nice one - fingers crossed

I'm so pleased to hear that they are taking your concerns seriously Julie. Now you can stop worrying and enjoy your weekend.

Hugs,

Marie x

Congratulations! Been thinking about you since yesterdays antics, and hoping things would get better. Perhaps everyones positive thoughts and love have helped, remember how many people clearly care about you and what has happened! Good luck xxx

Julie, I'm so happy to read about the good news. Hope it will end well soon. I keep my fingers cross for you. xoxoxo

Only just catching up with this news, but I'm aghast that it happened and glad that something seems to be moving towards perhaps making redress?

I don't shop at the place anyway for other reasons, but certainly won't be in the future!

Wonderful news :)

That's great news! I also hope it will end well soon and keep my fingers crossed for you.

Oh yay!! That's such good news!! :) Have a great weekend! :D

Hooray and hurrah ... I hope the letter is acknowledging your creative copyright. Good luck. x

Fabulous - I hope it gets resolved soon. :)

Brilliant news Julie. Have a good w/e

I hope they compensate you big time. It was a terrible thing to do. Just how many did they turn out and sell? They should be ashamed of themselves once again.

Great news, hope it all comes good for you. xx

What a relief, it must be a huge weight off your shoulders.

Excellent news!!! All the best to you and your family.

Erika

That a girl! This is the best news of the day!

Brilliant! Fingers crossed :)

Cool, I hope it all works out for you.

That is great news. :-)

Hallelujah!!! I'm soooo happy for you!!! You deserve the best of treatment..Have a wonderful weekend...:)

That's fantastic news

Excellent news - hope it all resolves very quickly.

Please God this is the shop in question actually listening to the little people!! On an aside I was shocked to hear one of the other mum's at our toddler group saying to a friend who's daughter I had knitted an egg cosy for, "she didn't knit that she bought it at *****!!!" How very dare she!! Jelousy is a terrible thing!!

Much love and best wishes!!

Tia xxx

That's great news. Its a good example of why small businesses have to stand up to big companies, and not get walked over. Good for you, I hope you get the result you deserve.

I hope something gets done - I believe this is not the first time for the shop concerned. My fingers are crossed for you. I bought your pattern and knitted 4 which were all very well recieved as lovely easter presents. Thank you x

Brilliant news!

Have a good weekend.

The first thing I did this morning was pop over to LCR to see if anything had happened. I'm thrilled to hear the skip in your step! Good things happen to good people Julie. This will sort itself out. Cheers - Jen xxx

good news, cross fingers for an happy ending
have a nice sunday

Awesome, I am so happy for you!

Just caught up with news...horrified! So sorry that you've had this to deal with and delighted that there's been a positive response. Lots of love....and enjoy the sun this weekend....

Jenni

Hi Julie, I, like you am a knitter who's trying to make some pocket money from my hobby - I have a shop on folksy with a friend of mine. Inspired by an egg cosy that I saw displayed in a large supermarket, I created my own for easter and put them onto my shop. I have since discovered your blog and your beautiful designs, and having read the above comments have guessed what has happened to you.
My pattern was different to yours and not nearly as beautiful but I have now taken my cosies off my shop page. It makes me feel slightly queasy to think that my inspiration came from something so underhand.

This IS good news. Lets hope that" taking it" seriously means just that and that you are offered some decent compensation. If not we can still wreak the promised crafters/bloggers revenge!
Best of luck x

Great news, Julie - let's hope for a more than fair (for you!) outcome. It will be interesting to see who actually made the cosies and whether they told the supermarket concerned that the design was their original work. In all fairness to this retailer (who I have found to be very good at dealing with complaints), they would have to rely on the integrity of their supplier which, in this case, was obviously sadly lacking. So hope your heart is feeling lighter now Julie.

Glad to hear you've heard from them and I hope that it does get resolved in the way that works for you.

We're all rooting for you ;o)

I am glad that things are turning around for you. Keep smiling x
