Thanks for swinging by my shop today. Everything listed has now been sold but I am planning another sale here in 2 - 3 weeks. I've also been thinking about all the disapointed and frustrated emails that I get and so I've decided to re-open my etsy shop.

At the moment there is only 1 cake there but I will pop a few toys in from time to time as well as continuing timed batch sales here on the blog. Hopefully this will give everyone more options.

Mary-Beth is hand knitted from 'white' Rowan Classic Yarns Cashcotton DK (35% cotton, 25% polyamide, 18% angora, 13% viscose, 9% cashmere) and 'sorbet' Patons mercerised cotton 4ply. Her clothes are all 100% cotton 4ply, her dress is in 'flirty', tights in 'boudoir' and 'fresh' and shoes in 'violetta' with 'nougat' french knot buttons. Please note that her clothes are not removable.

She is 8" (20 cms) high

Floyd

Floyd is hand knitted from 'cinnamon' and 'cream' Blue Sky Alpacas Melange (100% alpaca). His jumper is 100% cotton 4ply, in 'fresh' and 'baby' stripes with 'cobalt' star and can be removed.

He is 8.5" (22 cms) high

A note about the yarn:
Alpaca yarn has a smooth, non irritating feel and is lighter and softer than Cashmere, while being stronger, warmer and much more durable than wool. The fibre is free from lanolin and dander making it hypoallergenic, perfect for those with wool allergies and babies. Its unique nature makes each item less likely to pill or wrinkle, and it is naturally flame retardant and water repellant too!
