About Purchasing: 

All patterns are in written in English and supplied as instant PDF downloads following payment.

This process is automated and run by Ravelry who will process your order and email a link to download the file as soon as your payment is processed (this is emailed to the email address that you use during purchase). You do not need to have a Ravelry account but if you do have one your pattern can be stored in your Ravelry library for easy reference.

Please note that VAT will be applied to all relevant sales (this is dependent upon the VAT rates for digital booklets in your country). The final price to pay, including VAT and any discounts will be shown at the bottom of your basket so that you can check it before proceeding to purchase.

All payments are processed by Ravelry via paypal and payments can usually be made from a paypal account or using your credit card without setting up an account.

This pattern includes 2 garments; a pair of dungarees/overalls and a pinafore dress. They are designed to be roomy and will fit over any of the sweaters included with the boy animal patterns, or any of the designs from either the ‘small sweaters pattern’.

The pattern is written for knitting flat on two needles and is seamed at the end, but could be converted to be partly knitted in the round. It is suitable for intermediate knitting skills. The designs are very simple as they just use regular stocking and garter stitches and a little ribbing at the waist. There’s a little shaping around the pocket so that it is functional and can be used to store treasures in.

Small (7 inch) cabled panel sweaters

This is a sweater with a choice of six textured panels on the front, and has shaped armholes and a chunky collar. It is worked flat in two separate pieces which are worked consecutively; the back first, then the front. Then the collar is knitted on, the sleeves are picked up from the armhole edges of the front and back and knitted down to the cuff , and finally the seams are closed.

These sweaters are designed to fit my 7 inch ‘Small Rabbit’ pattern or a doll of around 7 inches tall (not the regular 9 inch sized animals) .

Coats and cardigans

This pattern contains 3 basic cardigan/jacket/coat shapes:
a short waist length cardigan/jacket, a short waist length V neck cardigan, and a knee length A line coat.

The short cardigan/jacket and the longer 'A' line coat can both be made with either a round neckline, a little ribbed collar or a hood. The hood will fit over the head of the animals with smaller ears such as the mole, monkey, cat and bear and for the animals with taller ears it looks nice just folded at the back and I've designed it with a curved bottom edge when it's worn in this way.

All garments are knitted flat and seamed with 2.75mm (US 2) needles and 4ply/fingering weight yarn. They are worked from the bottom up in separate pieces that are then joined at the neck by the collar/hood. The sleeves are picked up from the armhole edges and worked from the top down, using short row shaping to create the raglan sleeve shape.

Please note that these garments will only fit the regular sized animals (9 inch) with removable clothing, and not the small size or mini ones.

The pattern is for knitting flat on two needles and all pieces are seamed afterwards. Here is a little pattern to make removable shoes for the 9 inch sized Little Cotton Rabbit animals.

There are 11 pairs of removable shoes included in the pattern:
3 in a Mary-Jane style with a plain pair, a pair in 2 colours and a pair with a lace design at the toe; A pair of mules style slippers with fluffy trim and optional pompom; A pair of lace up trainers; and six styles of boots.

Also included are alternative leg and foot instructions so that you can make either bare feet or feet with joined on socks (in 2 styles) as an alternative to the legs and feet in the animal patterns.
