What an absolutely brilliant idea. Well done to all of you. Off to the website now. So unbelievable to think that people start these fires deliberately ....

Oh your bunnies are always so beautiful and gorgeous. Many people have donated so much money and goods so far which is great. Watching all the good stories come out of such tragedies makes me cry everytime and after a while we have to turn the tv off because it really does get to you. We are over an hour away and we had the smoke blow in around our area so I cant imagine how bad it must be up around the actual fire areas.

Isn't Trash fab to have organised this? So many lovely prizes! Annabel is gorgeous! Lucy x

What a good idea!

What a wonderful poster girl and what a wonderful person you are! How small the world seems to be now when people a million miles away are friends through blogging and a disaster on the other side of the world from you touches your heart and makes you want to do something.
Thank you, thank you for your kindness, the people of Victoria affected by this tragedy will hopefully soon be able to start rebuilding their lives.
Have a wonderful day, Kiss Noises Linda Lilly Cottage Queensland Australia

Hi, i've given you an award, please check it out

April xx

this is a lovely idea, have emailed trashy and donated marmalade the cat : )

It's good to feel we can help in some small way. Love your poster girl! Wouldn't mind winning her - she's gorgeous!

With a LCR as poster girl I'm sure that there will be people clammering to get a ticket. You're so very generous Julie.

I love your poster girl too! Thanks for supporting Australians in need!

This is such a good idea! I'll see to donating some of my illustrations :) Thanks for sharing!

What a wonderful prize Julie - I expect she will be making the Red Cross donation site rather hot under the collar! It's such a great raffle and we all hope it results in raising lots and lots x

Thank you for sharing the links - and wooohoooooo for the poster girl. :)

Julie that is such a wonderful thing to do, these people have not only lost family and their homes but all of their town. Every dollar will help to rebuild their communities as well as their lives.

COULD YOU PLEASE CONTACT ME? I WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR DESIGNS TO BE FEATURED IN HOLIDAY CRAFTS MAGAZINE? THANKS MUCH!, ANN

Hi Julie

I just received the most fantabulous email from Trash telling me that I'm the lucky duck who won the gorgeous Annabelle!

I'm so excited and I just wanted to pop in and say THANK YOU for donating to Trash's raffle for the Victorian Bushfire Appeal.

Please rest assured that Annabelle is coming to a home where she will be loved and adored. I will have to fight my daughter for her and keep her out of reach of the kittens and dogs tho. Perhaps she'll come to work with me each day to remind me of all the wonderful, caring people in this small world of ours.

Hugs
Kelly :-)
